James Armstrong B.A. (Hons), J.D.
James obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Dalhousie University and his Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and sociology from the University of Toronto. His practice includes motor vehicle accidents, statutory accident benefits, disability claims, slip and fall claims, and occupiers’ liability claims. He articled with the Ministry of the Attorney General at the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee and practiced with an insurance defence boutique firm in Toronto until 2014, when he joined a Plaintiff’s personal injury law firm in London, Ontario.
James was called to the bar in 2012 and has appeared before the Landlord and Tenants Board, Small Claims Court, Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice.
James is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, and The Canadian Bar Association
