Gerald Antman Hon. B.A., J.D.
Gerry obtained his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto where he obtained a Dean’s Letter Recognizing Cumulative Overall Excellence for graduating in the top 3% of the graduating class.
Prior to starting a career in law, Gerry worked as a case manager, throughout the Province of Ontario, with individuals who sustained catastrophic injuries from motor vehicle accidents. As a case manager, he developed expertise providing treatment for brain injuries, chronic pain, spinal cord injuries and amputations. As such, he brings invaluable practical experience working in the accident benefits regime and understanding the needs of accident victims.
At Osgoode Hall, Gerry was awarded the Sir Jack Jacob Prize in the Administration of Justice for finishing first in his Class Action class. Furthermore, he was awarded the Jack Walker Q.C. Award for Excellence in Legal Ethics and Professionalism. While in law school, he developed a special interest in personal injury and class action litigation.
Gerry is an avid runner, cyclist and swimmer. He has participated in various triathlons and is a co-founder of Mettle Multisport, a triathlon club located in York Region.
